Biography

Ariana Saatchi is currently an MSc student in the faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia under the supervision of Dr. Fawziah Lalji. She has previously completed a Bachelor’s of Arts & Science from McGill University. Her general research interests include: appropriate prescribing practices, antimicrobial resistance, and pharmacoepidemiology. Her MSc research will focus on antimicrobial use in British Columbia, and evaluate the appropriate applications of antibiotics across the province.
