Biography

Bernice is currently a PhD student in the Health Research Methodology program (specializing in health technology assessment) at McMaster University under the supervision of Prof. Ron Goeree. Previously, Bernice completed a BSc in Biology and Pharmacology at McMaster University and a MSc in International Health Policy (specializing in Health Economics) at the London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK. She is currently conducting research at the Programs for Assessment of Technology in Health (PATH) Research Institute, a research center affiliated with St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. Her research interest focuses on evaluating and comparing the performance of traditional and alternative modelling approaches for the economic evaluation of pharmaceuticals and other health care technologies
