Biography
Dr. John-Michael Gamble is an Associate Clinical Professor in School of Pharmacy at the University of Waterloo and an Adjunct Professor in the School of Pharmacy at Memorial University
Dr. Gamble is a pharmacist and epidemiologist who leads a research program in drug safety and effectiveness. His team focuses on understanding the real-world use and effects of diabetes therapies. Moreover, Dr. Gamble’s lab is interested in exploring methods to communicate drug information to facilitate evidence informed decision making for patients, health providers, and policy-makers. Dr. Gamble holds a Canadian Institutes of Health Research New Investigator Award in drug safety and effectiveness (2013-2018) and a Canadian Diabetes Association Clinician Scientist Award (2013-2018).
