Biography
Nirma Khatri Vadlamudi is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of British Columbia under the supervision of Dr. Fawziah Lalji. She received her BSc in Chemistry and BA in Biology from Arcadia University (Glenside, PA, US), and her MPH from Drexel University (Philadelphia, US). Her initial PhD work explored the global impact of introducing 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV13) in the national infant immunization program. Now, her research is focused on the health impact of PCV13 introduction in the provincial infant immunization program in British Columbia.
